We use scrapers that fit the profile of your tile to remove the majority of Moss / contaminates from your Roof, or we can use our low-pressure steam system that gives instant clean results

We work from Scaffold towers, this avoids damage from walking on tiles and keeps our staff safe from dangerous falls

We clean up the waste from gutters and floor areas, then Softwash* apply a Biocide treatment. This controls biological growths – algae, lichen, fungi, moss and mould – that cause red, green, yellow and black staining

After Scraping, Over the following months, the dark coverings will die away, the surface will naturally rejuvenate and your Roof will return to its original colour**

Our treatment leaves Residual Biocide on your roof, that will offer regrowth protection for many years***

Our Technicians have attended and received training to gain comprehensive industry knowledge and skills in the safe and effective use of Professional Biocide/Chemicals & Oxidising Agents, including the Health and Safety of careful and considerate chemical handling.

The Chemicals we use are fully approved by The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) for use in the UK and are fully compliant with “REACH” (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation & restriction of CHemicals) regulations for cleaning exterior hard surfaces.

We hold a waste transfer licence, we will remove your waste moss and dispose of legally with our waste removal contractor.

Natural original colours can be varied due to damage from longterm moss growth, UV bleaching and degraded surface covering, dark tiles may offer no visible colour change, the removal of moss may reveal cracks and tile surface damage.
